Alan Kitching: A Life in Letterpress

Alan Kitching is one of the world’s leading practitioners of letterpress typographical design and printmaking, with a career spanning over 50 years. In 1989 he set up The Typography Workshop, which he now runs from his studio in Kennington. In 2017 his book “A Life in Letterpress”, was published by Laurence King. In it he describes his career including his work in design and teaching letterpress.
