Calligraphy and/or illumination Training Bursary

Dear South London Lettering Association,

We are contacting you about a new training bursary which is being launched by Heritage Crafts and The Society of Scribes and Illuminators, which we hope can be brought to the attention of your members.

The bursary is for a new or early-career practitioner in calligraphy and/or illumination. The successful applicant will benefit from up to £4,000 in funding, as well as one-to-one support from the staff at Heritage Crafts.

The bursary is provided to help cover or subsidise the cost of training for someone who would otherwise be prevented from pursuing this career path due to the cost.
