About this event:

With Pic Hall’s collection and knowledge of Italian, American, Japanese and Artisan English made fountain pens, Pic will take us on a magical journey with pens, nibs, inks and paper.

She will explain how rediscovering fountain pens reignited her love of lettering. Pic will also talk us through grinding nibs, chromatography, inks that work better with fine or broad nibs to different papers and their qualities. A wonderful cauldron of all things related to fountain pens.

Pic, who is left handed will also impart information for other lefties that she has gained through her experience.

During the talk Pic will also be demonstrating some of her pens and inks and how they interact with different papers. This talk promises to be a feast for pen and lettering lovers alike.
